Pharmacy Residency Program

University of Missouri Health Care offers three pharmacy residency programs for pharmacy graduates — post-graduate year one (PGY1) pharmacy at University Hospital, PGY1 community-based (ambulatory care focused) and post-graduate year two (PGY2) critical care program.

These programs address skills such as critical thinking, self-management and independent decision-making to help participants achieve proficiency and confidence as practitioners in patient care environments. MU Health Care stresses the importance of patient-focused practice in collaboration with all health care professionals.
