Additional Support for Eligible Nursing Roles

In addition to a comprehensive benefits package available from day one, nurses in eligible positions may qualify for additional financial support.

Sign-on Bonus

Up to $20,000 for qualified full-time positions. The sign-on bonus cannot be combined with relocation assistance.

Relocation Assistance

Eligible positions may offer up to $5,000 in relocation support when relocating from 50 miles away or more. Relocation assistance cannot be combined with the sign-on bonus.

Student Loan Repayment Assistance

Eligible nursing positions may qualify for student loan repayment assistance.

Additional Shift Pay

Earn extra pay for eligible night and weekend shifts:
  • Night shift: $4 more per hour
  • Weekend shift: $3 more per hour
  • Weekend program shift: $8 more per hour, when available

Tuition Benefits

Eligible employees can receive 75% off tuition for six credit hours each semester. Spouses and dependents can receive 50% off tuition for up to 140 credit hours.
