Tiger Flex
For nurses who want the perks of travel nursing without the travel, we offer our Tiger Flex Program — a contract-based nursing program that provides earning potential of $81 an hour (or more!) with additional weekend and night shift premium opportunities. Tiger Flex RNs and PRNs have the ability to work two, 12 week contracts and have the opportunity to be hired full-time with great benefits and a $2,500 reward.

Nurses can learn and practice new skills in a safe, realistic setting using our simulation center manikins and computer lab. Our simulation lab educators not only provide numerous classes for all skillsets, but also our unit-based educators can tailor trainings to the needs of your specific nursing unit.
 

Nursing Residency Program

Our accredited Nursing Residency Program is an innovative 12-month, group program that allows graduate nurses to gain confidence and experience orientation in conjunction with the training and orientation provided on home units.
